森科公司重視技術創新,“離子硬化技術“于2011年立項,2013年開發成功,在不鏽鋼表殼、 不鏽鋼卡套和不鏽鋼泵閥部件等産品上成功實現應用,填補國内在該項目上的技術空白。

PHT was applied successfully on stainless steel watch cases, ferrules and vanes. The achievement filled up the technique blanks of domestic technology

離子硬化技術是一種先進的表面處理技術,基本原理是在真空條件下将氮、碳原子擴滲入工件表面。和傳統離子氮化技術相比,工藝過程更穩定, 處理均勻性更好。離子硬化技術特别适合用于提高奧氏體不鏽鋼(316、304等)的耐磨性,而且不影響耐腐蝕效果。對于含钼的奧氏體不鏽鋼(316等), 還能提高耐腐蝕性。離子硬化技術可以獲得10~50微米厚的硬化層。
PHT is a advanced process which involves diffusion of large quantities of nitrogen or carbon into the surface of parts in the vacuum chamber. The treatment uniformity and stability are better than conventional plasma nitriding. PHT improves the wear resistance of austenitic stainless steel parts without impact on the corrosion resistance. Austenitic stainless steels (e.g. 316)which contain molybdenum even get better corrosion resistance after PHT. The hardening layer thickness can achieved 10μm to 50μm.

增加表面硬度

奧氏體不鏽鋼表面硬度從200HV增加到1200HV(相當于HRC74),達到工模具鋼的硬度水平。
Surface hardness: Increased from 200HV0.05 to 1200HV0.05 comparable with 74 HRC.

 

耐磨性大幅提高

在空氣、油和海水腐蝕環境下進行摩擦磨損試驗,耐磨性大幅提高。
Wear resistance: Improved strongly in air, oil and seawater.

硬化層與基體結合牢固

硬化層為N/C擴散層,與基體形成牢固的冶金結合,使用過程中無掉皮風險。
Good adhesion: Low risk of delamination because of the metallurgical combination between the diffusion zone and substrate.
 

進一步改善不鏽鋼耐腐蝕性

硬化層形成單一S相、無Cr的化合物生成,不鏽鋼的耐腐蝕性得到提升。
Corrosion resistance: Unchanged or even improved without the formation of chromium nitrides and chromium carbides.

 

硬化層韌性好

從基體到硬化層表面,硬度緩緩上升,形成硬度梯度,韌性好。
High toughness: Due to the small hardness gradient from substrate core to hardening layer surface.


硬化均勻

複雜形狀零件也可以得到均勻硬化效果。
Uniform hardening: Complex shape parts can be treated.

 

工件形狀尺寸不改變

在真空和低溫環境下進行處理,工件形狀尺寸基本不改變。
No product deformation: Due to vacuum and low temperature process.
 

工藝環保

工藝過程比氣體滲和鹽浴滲更環保。
Environmentally friendly:Better than conventional gas nitriding and salt bath nitriding.


離子硬化技術應用擴展 Extended application

除奧氏體不鏽鋼外,離子硬化技術也可以應用于馬氏體不鏽鋼及其它工模具鋼,與傳統離子氮化相比,硬化均勻性更好、處理工藝過程更穩定。


PHT can be also applied to the martensitic stainless steel and other alloy tool and mould steels. The uniformity and stability are better than conventional plasma nitriding.

離子硬化+鍍膜


◆ 表面硬度大于1500HV0.025。
◆ 耐磨性和耐刮擦性優于單一離子硬化處理和單鍍硬膜。
◆ 膜基結合力較單鍍膜大大提升,由于因為從工件表面到基體的硬度梯度變得更平緩。
◆ 可以獲得比單一離子硬化更豐富的外觀顔色。

PHT+ Coating Surface
◆ lang="EN-US">hardness: Can exceed 1500HV0.025.
◆ Wear and scratch resistance: Increased significantly compared to single coatinglayer or PHT.
◆ Coating Adhesion: Higher than that of single coating layer applied to a substrate without PHT.
◆ Color: Any decorative or functional coating color can be combined with PHT pre-treatment.
